Observation Task 3: Mapping environments: The learning environment





   

Area
Function
 Reading Centre
There is a stores and games like puzzle, cubes. There is a carpet so they sit and read or play.

Common area
There is a large carpet, smart board and small table for the computer. Children take the lesson in common area and sing.

Art center
There is a watercolors and wood colors, Colored and white papers, scissors And other. Children draw and make simple things. 
Drama center
There is kitchen, small carpet and clothes. Children they pretend the mother, father and sons.

Writing center
There are small boards, markers, and papers. Children practicing to type the letters and words.
 
Math center
There are games for math. They practice to calculate the number.

Water area
There is a fund of water and the teacher put the letters on it. Children can have fun and in the same time they learn the letters. 
Dough area
There is sand and clay. They play by sand and make shape by sand and clay. 


Each centers has storage so the teacher put the materials on it. Children able to get and put materials for their centers because the teacher told them which materials can take. She has a small table in the medal of the class, so she her materials their. All the centers encourage independent learning, such us, reading center student can learn how read and understand the stories. Also, in drama center they learn how to responsible like their mother and how to organizer their stuff like their mother. 


    Reflection..3..


Children are very organised when they play in the centers, they know what they have to do and they bring back each thing in his place when the teacher ask them to clean up. Centers help student to be more creative thinker. The tables are organised in a good way and each center has own storage so the student cannot mix up between the materials. When each materials beside the centers and the class is organised it will be easy for learns to use the center and easy to learn.
